"Room was generally clean but needed work. Door jam into bathroom rooted away. Pool advertised as recently redone but very mouldy no toilet or change room available"

"Breakfast menu was very basic. I was looking forward to poached eggs but only had cold scrambled eggs that had been sitting for some time. Couldn’t work the coffee machine asked staff who added water then after asking again she hadn’t fitted it possible. Asked where the saucers were to go with cup and she said they only provide them at the bar???? Coffee tasked like dish water had to ask for our table to be wiped and cleared before we could sit. "
