Family vacation

Great house for our family vacation. Close enough to both RMNP and Waterworld. Loved that it had 3 bedrooms and a nice deck to sit on in the evenings.

Great place

Our family traveled back to Longmont to spend the holidays with family. This was the perfect fit for us. Great location. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. The dogs loved the secure yard as well.

Great communication and super responsive. Exactly as described.

We had a dog and the back yard was amazing for him. Owners we very responsive and polite. There's also a large park/green space across the street and a very large dog park about a block away. We'll be staying here again.

Cozy, homey vibe

Home is well located for our needs. Close to everything. Beds are nice and comfy. TV and wi-fi were excellent. Hosts are very accommodating. The backyard is perfect for pets.

Great place to stay in Longmont

I stayed here with some friends leading up to my wedding and it was great! Everything was clean and matched the listing. The hosts were great with communication about check-in and check-out procedures. My only complaint is that the A/C had a bit of a hard time keeping up with and it is a lot warmer upstairs than down, but despite this it was still a comfortable stay and I would recommend it!

House hunting in the area

The house was in a great location for us to house hunt in Longmont and surrounding areas of Berthoud and Loveland. The property managers were easy to reach and responsive to our texts. We enjoyed the patio/deck and chairs, and it was nice to have a small yard w the weather turning to Spring. The property suited our needs perfectly.

Great location, smooth check in process, fast communication with host, pet friendly, super clean.

This house was in a great location for our family. We stayed during the coldest 3 day weekend with temps around below 10 degrees in the morning. I communicated with the host concerns for warmth and was assured that the heater in the house worked very well - which it did! This house is across from a sledding hill which was great for the kids and was just minutes drive from places to eat, yoga studio, and downtown. Walking distance to a few parks. Someone came and shoveled the entire driveway and sidewalk our first day which was a welcomed surprise! The house had all the needed amenities and fast wifi. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with a large yard. Family of 5 with one dog. Fully fenced backyard was a bonus for our small puppy. Host made check-out easy with minimal responsibilities - just load dishwasher and go! Even though it was a dog friendly house there were no odors or hair at all - house was spotless. We will definitely stay there again.

Relaxing time in Longmont

My family and I were in the area for a wedding, and this home was just what we needed for a relaxing stay! There was a well-stocked kitchen, a cute backyard and deck area, and the location was perfect. In our spare time we were able to walk around the nearby lake and visit the quaint downtown area for some shopping. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the entire experience was favorable. Highly recommend!

Perfect accommodation for those relocating to CO w/pets

My husband and I stayed four nights with three pets after a two day drive from Arizona. The property worked well for us as a base for house hunting in Boulder County. The house had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend.

Our suggestion would be fix the screen door, the iron and curling iron didn’t work. There was a lot of food left from the previous family. But the owner was amazing to reach and help us out.

Nice

The house worked well for our family. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, the owners did a great job communicating with us. A little rundown, but not in any way that was a problem. The main complaint I would have is that they use regular house keys rather than having keyless entry. I personally found that to be a significant downside, even though it’s such a minor issue.
