Master bedroom king with 2nd bedroom queen both with attached bathrooms. Bedrooms are on the 2nd level.

Parking is in driveway. Bike and hiking paths surround this home and the entire Boulder County.

This home has an accessory unit apartment below with a private entrance that is sometimes rented. I travel alot so the home itself is only rented when I'm gone for days to weeks but I live alone so the home is essentially empty in the closets etc.
