The breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary with local treats like cheeses and meat, butteries and fresh yogurt. Every morning felt special and bellies were more than full! "We were very pleased with the Best Western Kings Manor Hotel. First the front desk staff that greeted us were so friendly and accomodating we immediately felt welcomed and happy to haven chosen this hotel. The room was large and clean. We loved the restaraunt with its great choices in local favorites and Indian dishes that were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Loved the highland cows

"We had a small issue with the self check in as the gate number provided in the email didn't work. I managed to ring the hosts and after a few minutes it was sorted and we were able to gain access. The lodge was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped for a self catering stay. Everything you needed to cook a meal including a microwave oven a fridge and a kettle. I loved the 4 highland cows in the field just outside the lodge, this was partly my reason for booking this accommodation. "

"Absolutely loved our stay, the owners are very nice and the house was lovely 😍. Our breakfast basket that was delivered to our room was perfect. Easily walkable to the town to get food or shop and the view of the track was beautiful. There is a bus stop right in front of you don't want to drive to Edinburgh. Highly recommend and hopefully we will get to stay again in the future. Thank You for a wonderful night! "

"Carberry is an excellent choice for a stay near Edinburgh. I wanted the castle experience and this home has so much history, it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was delicious with wonderful options, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, everything we needed and larger than I expected for a standard room. Definitely staying again! "

"Cannot fault this hotel. From check in to check out all of the staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was relaxing with amazing views over the golf course and the sea beyond. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable, slept like a log. The food in the restaurant was good value, cooked fresh and was well presented - delicious. "
