"Great location, convenient to the train station, Festival Place shopping center and Top of the Town. The unit was clean. I found the check-in a little confusing, but got it figured out with Eusebio’s help on the phone. We stayed during a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. It is noisy as the trains run constantly, probably nosier because we had the balcony door open because of the heat. It could be stocked better, as there was no frying pan, fish slice, paper towels, corkscrew, and...

"Property was fantastic location to easily access Southampton and was better equipped than expected.. Really nice touches of the teas /coffee in each room etc, with lovely decor, clean tidy wand welcoming. Only think that would have made it even better is a little milk given their is a full kitchen. We did bring milk along but arriving later and not knowing thr area wasn't sure where to get some additional from. Would definitely look up this property to stay In Southampton again"
