"We had apartment 4, nice big apartment, comfortable. Cleaning standards could've some improvements! Plenty of bath towels. TV was not working and we couldn't figure it out. When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. The guy who came to sort out the alarm also helped with the TV and he was really nice, even gave us recommendation where to visit in the area. Someone turned off the freezer so...

"We had a great stay in Twyford! We visited Winchester (took the bus in from the end of the lane), Portsmouth, Chawton House, and Stourhead Gardens. It was a great, central location for our trip. Such a lovely, rural location, yet super easy to get into the city by the bus."

"There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. "This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay on our trip to Winchester! Located just a block from the train station and an easy 5 minute walk into the heart of the town. The place was very clean and had a lovely porch to sit out on and enjoy in the evenings. Claire was helpful and gracious throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here when you head to this beautiful cathedral town."
