My air was not working well and the front desk clerk brought me up another key at 10:30 pm to move me across the hall where the air was working and I was able to get some sleep."

"This is the loudest hotel I've ever been in. Doors slamming, banging all day lo g, being woke up 7 in the morning by banging. When the front desk was askabout all the loud banging I was told we have to listen to it all day as well. Ummm, no!! The carpets was very stained with black sticky stuff, our feet stuck to the carpet. Definitely needs some deep cleaning of the carpet."
