"Sandpipers is a beautiful place to stay. It was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It is over 3 levels and the stairs are quite steep. The cottage is very central in the village. Peter sent clear instructions re getting the key and arranged a parking spot for the car. It was about 5-20 mins walk to the parking area.Looe is a very quaint fishing village with lots of interesting shops and a beautiful little harbour. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"

The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside and steeped in history, which added a unique touch to the entire experience. The presence of animals and the stunning views made the stay even more delightful and memorable. The host, Gemma, was exceptional. She welcomed us warmly, accommodating our early check-in and ensuring we felt right at home. Her accessibility and readiness to assist with anything we needed added a personal and friendly touch to our stay. If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the addition of a full-body mirror and a larger ironing board. However, these are minor details in what was otherwise a superb stay. Overall, everything about our visit was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Coombe Farm to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming getaway."

"The proprietors were welcoming and very helpful with dietary intolerances. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was tasty and plentiful, proper food, not that novelle cuisiine nonsense. The beer was well-brewed and truly tasty. The parking was a bit cramped but nothing that any reasonably competent driver could not cope with. We would definitely stay there again."
