"What a great home! The location was beautiful and private. The home was clean, spacious and incredibly well appointed. We made Thanksgiving dinner for 10 and every pan, dish and tool was provided. Not to mention, the dining table fit all of us! We’ve stayed in a lot of homes through the years and this was the best stocked kitchen and home we’ve ever had. The house was spacious and comfortable even with 10 people. We had a few questions/things pop up through the week and the owners were right next door and super responsive. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we’re in the area!"

"Wow what a great stay! Our room was immaculately clean and smelled so fresh as soon as we walked in. We had a handicap room with two queen beds and there was plenty of room for us to manuver around. There was a very clean raised tub with a shower with a handicap rail. The vanity was a nice touch the refrigerator and microwave came in very handy for storing leftovers (CJ's Cafe is the best ever for breakfast) and reheating our meals. The Cable TV and free Wifi were excellent! I cannot praise enough the owner and staff on their professional and personal treatment it was most definitely the best I have ever had. I have stayed in all types of establishments some great, some good and some bad with pricing ranging all over the map. I have to say without hesitation that the Arroyo Village Inn is in the Great category due to its pricing, cleanliness and customer treatment. I will stay here every-time I am back in this area."

"It was a a great stay for us for two days. The area around was okay and safe, and the walk to town and the town itself were fantastic. The property itself was also great. We loved the little touches, such as all the extra towels and blankets, and the whole drawer full of coffee accompaniments. I would suggest a full shower in both bathrooms, instead of only a bathtub in one. Also, there were a couple of short instances of loud noise from upstairs, but not enough to forgo renting again. The hostess, Madison, was very responsive and attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. We look forward to returning soon!"
