Excellent all over!! Fantastic stay at Mantra Lorne with an unbeatable beachfront location. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Excellent facilities including pool, and dining. Staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Easy walking distance to shops, cafés, and local attractions. We had great fun, property is well maintained, on the beach and perfectly located for a short getaway. The rooms are getting a bit worn out but the staff makes up for it. Great for kids and families- lots of games and activities in kids room, tennis court, pool, steam room etc. to keep everyone happy and busy. Evening at the garden bar was amazing too.

We had a wonderful experience with our stay at your hotel. We had a problem with the heating in our room when we first checked in. The staff was kind to move us to another room with proper heating. The staff also moved our luggage to the new room.
