"The hotel was clean and room was nice. However the pool was dirty and filled with bugs to the point where our daughter didn’t want to swim in it. This was unfortunate because it was during a heat wave and we were looking forward to using the pool. Also the front desk associate was reluctant to give us towels when we needed fresh ones. He didn’t have any bath towels and said he would send up a maid to drop them off, but they never arrived. We would probably try a different hotel the next time we...
