There was actually a restaurant in walking distance of the motel, a Chinese restaurant right next-door. There was a Starbucks a few blocks down the street and I think the next block over there were also other places to eat as well. The room itself was quite spacious and what they didn’t have in amenities I would say was made up for by the fact they had a pretty large shower. The water pressure and temperature was perfect not necessarily state of the art, but the family that owns and runs, this motel was actually very friendly and welcoming, and they had no problem going out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Although not a “great quality” place. It’s great for its price which is consistent. Shoutout to Jay from the staff who’s always very helpful! He recognized when my app did a double book for the same night because of some glitch. Automatically canceled the additional one and gave me a refund. Outstanding customer service!

It’s the most expensive hotel that’s so dirty. The room was disgusting, dirty dusty, toenails fingernails, hair balls, everywhere. Seen a lot of drug activity. Not a good place with kids.

Been here twice and plan to go back

Del Aire Motel is in a convenient location about 2 miles from my work and LAX. Plenty of parking and the rooms have ample space and nice extras like a large wardrobe to hang short and pants with ironing board and iron. The rooms have everything that I needed for my trip including mini fridge. The inn is in a bit of a rough condition and daily maid service is optional. Not for clean freaks or people who have germ phobias. For the rest of us a solid motel at a great price.

Very bad experience. Room was extremely dirty and the heater wasn’t working so we froze to death by morning as my trip was in December. Do not recommend.

Seventeen day stay. Second floor room had a wooden vaulted ceiling. Big room with king bed. Small sofa and matching chair. Small round table for a meal. Desk with a chair. Wood floors. Closet next to vanity. Separate room with toilet and shower. Small frig and microwave. Good working AC. TV with plenty of premium channels. Close to shopping and plenty of food options. Probably would not like a first floor as the second story floors creak alot.

The property is located in a more run down neighborhood. Check in was quick and easy. Our room smelled of cigarettes and some of the lights werent working. The floor was sticky and parts of the room were dusty/uncleaned. Some outlets didnt work. The bed was very comfortable, though.

You get what you pay for. I was not expecting top notch service or the best amenities. It's a cheap motel. But I think the pros outweighed the cons Pros: Cheap, convenient free parking, comfortable beds, microwave and mini-fridge, great water pressure Cons: Dirty parking lot, not the best location, dirty room. I dropped my phone under the bed and when I looked for it I found a condom wrapper. Superficially, the room seemed clean, but apparently it's not thoroughly cleaned.

So the room had a very distinct smell. It smelled like a room that had been smoked in and it just lingered the room look clean but walking barefoot or with socks it wasn't as clean as it should be. The bed you could not sit on the edge because it moved. Hitting the wall. You could also hear when the people upstairs walked. The room was next to an alley which luckily was quiet but it also seemed a little creepy only because you know there is a lot of homeless people in the area and if you left the window open luckily had bars but there was no screen. The bathroom had no ventilation and the door would close and there was a lot of missing like paint on the wall in the bathroom there was no fan to suck the air. The water pressure was good and the water stayed warm which is always a perk. All the linens and towels were clean the shampoo and bars of soap are the cheap ones so if you do come here bring your own everything because after that shower my hair was a hot mess. But the family that runs it were nice we didn't really complain to them only because we just needed a place to stay overnight so we wouldn't drive back too late.
