Wonderful stay!! Maria at the front desk was exceptional! She kindly gave us an ocean view room which had an amazing view of the harbor Christmas lights. Our room was as very clean & worth the nightly rate. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice area. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, walkable , close to carnival cruise terminal. Nice room with all the conveniences. Hotel kept our bags until we could check in. Concierge was very helpful with bags and cabs and any thing else we needed. Would stay here again!

The staff are amazing, kind, and friendly. This is including the staff who work outside and inside and outside. The room is clean and has beautiful view if on the water side. Hyatt Regency Long Beach is safe to walk around outside at night. Close distance to the outlet mall, beach, and shops for tourists.
