The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaners. The underground parking can be a bit tight, but not unmanageable. The air conditioner in our room worked so well and the pool was also a welcome respite this weekend in the muggy heat.

The room was ok it had everything we needed. No body wash. The place feels unsafe and at 2:30 AM a women started screaming and there was a fight. My whole family was scared to death. Location is ok. Free parking. Included breakfast.

The staff here were absolutely incredible. The area was walkable to most things and minutes away from multiple bus lines. Despite being in a very active and loud part of the city we were able to sleep with little disturbance. The beds were firm but overall we were completely happy with our stay and would come again.

Well the room was clean, the property is clean,decent pool however the TV had no reception so it was off the whole time, the cleaning lady tapped loudly on my door an hour and fifteen minutes before my check out which i thought was quite disrespectful, the free breakfast was only orange juice and coffee on the house,i came up missing a personal item when I got home so a return visit here will be unlikely.

Very nice breakfast for kids and adults for a quick and easy morning. Extremely close to all the local attractions. I was very impressed with free on site parking!! It was the perfect place for a convient and inexpensive quick get away to universal studios. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place is excellent value for money. Right next to the hollywood walk of fame, everything is on your doorstep. The room was clean, although there was a slight smell of damp but nothing that would prevent me from staying again. We did have a leak in the bathroom while we were there, this had come from the room above. Staff were quick to sort it out. The pool area is a lovely feature, great to cool down in and relax. All in all, a brilliant place to stay while exploring hollywood. The staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast is also a nice added extra. Cereal, fruit, yoghurt and freshly cooked waffles.

Very happy with our choice in hotel for this trip. Parking was very safe and free! Breakfast was satisfying, not many choices, but was good and was included in the stay! Very close to the Hollywood walk of fame! Staff was very welcoming and nice, Jorge was amazing. And the rooms were very clean and seemed as if everything was recently updated/renovated.

I stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Location was very convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. Room amenities were excellent, frig, coffee maker. Vending machine and ice maker in hallway. The breakfast was very modest but does the job. Was so happy with the free parking because it's a rarity in LA. The staff (Jorge) was very courteous and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again!
