"We attempted to check in a lil early, reception was rude but cut us off didn't let us really ask if we could said nothing available. We understood however it was her abrupt tone and shortness, as if we were ridiculous for even asking. Was quite unsettling and really not nice! People understand just need to be polite. We are still paying for a service and should always be treated with respect and kindness! "

"Hotel can stand for the carpets to be clean. The toilet is leaning and the room set up is odd. The couch has snags in it. the exercise room water dispenser is disgusting. Staff did not greet us upon entry or departure. Housekeeping pass by and don’t say hello. Overall, Staff can be friendlier and hotel can be cleaner. "

"Everything was just right at the Quality Inn Santa Nella. The room was comfortable and roomy, the bathroom was in great shape, bed was comfy, sheets were silky smooth. Breakfast was fine, not lavish but adequate. Pool was large, clean, and very well maintained. All the people were friendly and helpful. Best of all, it was very quiet, and we could not hear any road noise. I would recommend this place, and would be happy to stay again."
