"We attempted to check in a lil early, reception was rude but cut us off didn't let us really ask if we could said nothing available. We understood however it was her abrupt tone and shortness, as if we were ridiculous for even asking. Was quite unsettling and really not nice! People understand just need to be polite. We are still paying for a service and should always be treated with respect and kindness! "

"Hotel can stand for the carpets to be clean. The toilet is leaning and the room set up is odd. The couch has snags in it. the exercise room water dispenser is disgusting. Staff did not greet us upon entry or departure. Housekeeping pass by and don’t say hello. Overall, Staff can be friendlier and hotel can be cleaner. "

"All I have to say is OMG the worse hotel I’ve stayed at in my whole life! The front desk lady was so unprofessional, the rooms were dirty (the bathroom’s waste basket full of trash from previous guests). We were moved to another room (room 24) and it smelled so bad and the bed was so lumpy my back was in so much pain the next day. They also started sweeping in front of our room and banging the broom against the door at 7am they also kept hitting the wall with rims or barrels don’t know what...
