It was nice and quiet. Decent amount of restaurants nearby.

Room was spotless, no odd smells(!), and staff was friendly. All in all, we will stay here again, should the need arise!

My wife has extreme OCD that can make finding a place to stay a challenge. We've stayed in 6 different hotels so far this trip and this one was her favorite. It was extremely clean! She has a habit of obsessively checking the beds and pillows but didnt even feel the need to at this hotel. The amenities were great and we will definitely stay here again the next time we travel this way.

Only stayed 1 night but it was very nice. Room was large, comfortable, big bathroom with a deep tub/shower. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. After staying in multiple hotels this week, I really have to praise the free breakfast. The hot food was delicious.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy parking and walkable to a few restaurants.

I just stop 1 night for rest 😴

Great budget option stay in Red bluff on I5 especially who is planning for visiting near Burney falls with other falls in same loop including lake Shasta tours. Rooms are well equipped with all the essential amenities but with a limited breakfast option.

We stayed here while moving our daughter in at Chico state. They greeted us with warm cookies and friendly smiles. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there it was pleasant. They did double charge me but the customer service line fixed the issue as soon as I called. The actual hotel even called me after to apologize. I would definitely stay there again when in town.

The property was excellent

Three things we really appreciated: Early check-in was no problem. Great swimming pool, enjoyed by our grandchildren Really great customer service, friendly, accommodating manager

Older motel but very quiet and nice

Well, what can i say. It was 1230 in the morning and I was tired. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, cozy, smelled great.

When we got there the staff was really nice. There was no bad smell like how people described in other comments I have read. The room was really nice. The tv offered a lot of channels to watch and the wifi worked really fast. I would recommend others to stay here if they are visiting Chico

Wort the price. Low price, basic service. Despite the low price, the room is clean, quiet, there is no smoke smell, the AC works perfectly, and very nice, friendly staff. In the room, there are TV, microwave, and refrigerator. No breakfast, but you can eat in more restaurants in walking distance. Also, walking distance, there is the downtown with lots of stores. I really enjoyed the time to be there, and I paid a very affordable price. If you want a room with five stars, go to the Hilton for...
