"Only stayed one night, just breaking up the journey from LA to San Francisco, but all of the staff that I met, were really helpful and really welcoming. The room has the feel of a traditional family-owned hotel, which is exactly what it is: clean, comfortable, good shower, lovely people. What more could you ask for?"

"A nice hotel walking distance from everything in Solvang. The staff was super helpful and nice. The room was spacious, clean, and had a little balcony. We were upgraded to a king size bed and the room had a balcony. I did appreciate the token for a free drink at their lounge, it was a nice touch. We had a refreshing tomato and cucumber salad and the drinks were just ok. I ordered an old fashioned, but the bartender was new and had to look up the recipe. She made it way too sweet, but my wife's drink was good. It was a pineapple mojito. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because our room was not cleaned on my 2 night stay and the bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper that was halfway gone. Other than a couple of small dislikes, this is a great place to stay. We will probably stay here again."

"We loved our stay at the Landsby and we would definitely go back! Our room was large and immaculate and the decor was very chic throughout the hotel. The staff was so kind & helpful. The town is absolutely charming and easily walkable with lots to see. The restaurant on site at the hotel is the best restaurant in town and we had dinner there 2 nights and it was amazing! They also had a courtyard with fire pits and live music, which was a lot of fun and the hotel is very close to the nearby wine country. Highly recommend!"
