"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very nice. I felt very safe...the safest for our whole vacation. It was within walking distance of downtown and we did do this for shopping and dinner. We were leaving early the next day and the staff asked if we would like to-go bags for breakfast. We really love that."

"Room was facing parking lot when asked for a garden view. Was placed in front of construction. Not to mention I asked If I could Add my stay to my best rewards program but wouldn’t even listen or budge . I must Say though I would definitely come back and can’t wait to give it another chance. "

RC Gets Better and Better

"We've stayed at the Royal Copenhagen for several years and it's one hotel that is constantly improving. This time we noticed hot water on demand; improved shower head and a mat for the shower floor to keep you from slipping. They are very responsive when you ask for anything, like extra towels. Staff is very friendly. I wish they had conditioner, along with the shampoo and they had bins for recycling. The location is perfect, in downtown. You can walk to anywhere you'd want to go. Overall, we were once again pleased with the Royal Copenhagen.."
