"I arrived and left feeling disappointed. My first stay at this brand and not at all the experience I expected from a Ritz Carlton property. For the price, I felt my room was very dated and gave off a strange vibe. Maybe it was the wall of shutters between bathroom and bedroom. And shutters on the bathroom door without a fan. There was a major lack of privacy within my own room as well as adjoining rooms. It just felt gross to have walls that people can hear each other through. The property...

"Our party consisted of 4 retired couples from Arizona visiting for an event held on the second night. The house was as pictured and worked out well. We cooked breakfast and the kitchen was well equipped. Spent time by the pool. Had take out for dinner and plenty of room to include son and family. Would work well for a multi family as well. "I LOVED this hotel so much. I’ve traveled a lot and never stayed at any hotel quite like this one. I was so sad to leave, I wish I could’ve just stayed there forever haha. The room was beautiful, clean, renovated and had a lovely view of the water. There was a park and courtyards between the buildings, dining options, a mini free library, 2 heated pools and every night there was a s’mores bar and hot chocolate from 6-8 and it was so peaceful. Not to mention the best part, it was directly across from the beach. What more could one possibly want? "
