"Second stay here! When I return to an accommodation, its usually because of the staff! The Vagabond Buttonwillow is no exception! From the GM, Kathy and George and Stephanie- such an award winning and friendly team! A great location for me when working outside of LA, and such a pleasant and accommodating staff- why wouldnt anyone stay here. The free coffee and breakfast is not advertised on line, but is always a nice added touch. Some may say " its only waffles and cereal", I say " what are you complaining about its a free extra value built into the already low price! If you want bigger varierty, Starbucks is 2 blocks away. The pool is nice and clean and enjoyable too. Great place!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean and updated with clean furniture and fixtures. Elevators worked well and clean. Our room was clean, contemporary and comfortable. Nicely remodeled. Air conditioning worked great and it also had a ceiling fan. A plus for my wife and I. Highly recommend it to everyone who wants a good restful night and relaxing stay. "
