Wonderful front staff took pity on us and checked us in early so we could warm ourselves and rest. She was a lifesaver. "

"Kitchen is excellent - so nice to have a kettle for tea and a big refrigerator that actually works well!! Much appreciated. Could you please consider having one more chair in the room and take away the rickety little café-chair? There is a good desk and good table, but nowhere to sit and work for longer than a few minutes and nowhere to sit and relax for a while. You used to have soft chairs and and a chair for working on my laptop. Please bring those back."
