Welcome to the Derby City Escape! Our beautiful new modern construction home is walking distance to the Ohio River and many fantastic restaurants, bars, and local shops. Every detail was thought out during construction to ensure our guests had plenty of room to relax and gather inside and on our gorgeous patio. Stayed here for a laid back trip with family to do a few things in Louisville. Didn’t realize Jeffersonville was such a cute town with lots going on. House was wonderful and comfortable. Lots of space, everything we needed and more, quiet, clean, perfect for us. Communication was excellent. Definitely a find!

This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. Love that each room has its own bathroom and king sized bed. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need and common areas were well suited to gathering in the evening and playing games. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Eric’s home with two other couples. The location was excellent. Was able to walk to restaurants and riverfront easily. The house is very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Front porch was an added bonus. Spent both evenings enjoying our time on the porch.
