"The room was not cleaned the bed was made with old sheets no fresh sheets or vacuum. They did take out trash and changed towels every other day. Parking is across the road in a parking garage you pay $5 per day and $10.34 day service Fee. Spots are not guaranteed."

"My air conditioning unit was very noisy all night long (it was very hot during my stay, so the unit ran almost continuously). When I arrived, my A/C was turned off, which I figured was because of how it had a knocking noise that kept me awake the first night. I reported it to maintenance, but they called me while I was working and told me the maintenance staff called in sick, so I'd need to move to a different room. Thankfully, the room was only two rooms down the hall, so it wasn't too inconvenient to move all my belongings for my second night. That unit was quieter, so I was able to sleep better. I woke up the second morning and felt what I thought was a bug under my covers near my feet. When I turned the light on and looked, it was a big wad of dark hair under my covers near my feet, which was gross (I'm blonde, so it wasn't my hair). I didn't report it, but not sure I'll stay again since this was the second issue during my two night stay."

"The a/c in our room didn’t work and after a maintenance person couldn’t get it to work, they had no problem moving us to a new room. Beautiful property. We didn’t do this, but make sure to ask for a West facing room so you can enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountains from your room."
