"We were really looking forward to the hot tub, since I was going to have major back surgery the next morning. We changed into our swim suits, and went down to it. It was not working, and colder than the swimming pool! The girl at the front desk was too busy texting on her phone to look up at us for more than a second. As we were checking in, I specifically asked where the hot tub was, and how I was looking forward to using it. She pointed us in the direction the hot tub was, and did not tell us it wasn't working. Any other time we saw her she was on her phone the whe time."

"The room was put together; beds made, towel (1) folded. There were black spots on the sheets, cigarettes burns in them, and the room (non smoking) smelled like cigarette smoke. There were brown crumbs or something on the ONE towel provided in the bathroom. The edge of the bed piece was broken and sticking off the edge, the walls in the bathroom were peeling and didn’t look cared for. And the fridge was not clean. As well as their pool being closed. Pictures like NOTHING like the property in person. Definitely would not book at this Baymont ever again. Did not stay there. "

"Wonderful stay in Loveland! The yard was perfect for the dog. The location is close to everything, even the walking trail around town. We walked to downtown to have breakfast at Doug’s, a must, and we will be back! "

"Unique functional house. Backyard was nice benefit along with the chickens. Host was quick response to Qs. A bit sparse on amenities. A blow dryer is normally an expected item. Table service items - plates, bowls, cups were minimal. Beds were comfortable. Location was very good for access to old town. Information guide on host expectations and typical guest user items are normally expected - recommend host to add. "

"Clean, cozy, and quiet. Nice walking trails close by and not far from downtown. Amy was great and responded to any questions within minutes. Highly recommend! "

"Location was safe and pretty. Lots of walking paths. Short drive to shopping, downtown area and rec center. Comfortable living room with smart tv and cable. Well supplied kitchen, liked that the refrigerator had ice maker & water dispenser. Bedrooms were very comfortable with ceiling fan in the master.Host was very responsive.We would definitely stay here again."
