"Had scrambled eggs à la carte that were tasty but not even warm. Suggest that you find another way to keep the prepared eggs hot before serving!"

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"
