"Overall the hotel was excellent except one elevator was down the whole time we were there. The hotel should also have ice dispenser on ever floor. "

"Amenities were great and the rooms were really nice and clean and even requests about events were helpful Only wish the wifi was better didn’t get much signal inside and wifi wouldn’t connect most of the time. Overall great experience "

"We arrived only to find out the pool and aquarium were closed due repairs until march 7th. Very disappointing as we only stayed there to enjoy the pool! When speaking we the front desk they told me the resort fees are for internet and then proceeded to tell me it’s on the website. I pulled it up on my phone and it was not listed the pool would be down. The employee took my phone and was unable to find the posting. Needless to say we will think twice before booking with them in the future. "

"Based on my experience 15 yrs ago and now in 2026. My Room looked clean but dark. AC was loud however cool Bathroom was small, no one bigger than 180 lbs will fit in that space. Bedroom had limited space with 2queen sized beds in it. "

"The Downtowner is right around the corner from Fremont Street. It is very clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are meh, and I didnt like that we had to pay extra for them EVERY NIGHT WE WERE THERE! I never used one the whole time I was there!"
