"At first I was excited to stay at such a historic place. Once I arrived I was greeted with a smile. But then, I was told that my reservation was for a smoking room, when in fact my reservation says I was in a non smoking room. They tried to get me to upgrade to a different room, for a more expensive price. I declined. Then they said they would call me once a non smoking room was available. Once they called me an hour later, they told me they had a room ready. The only thing about this room was that it was above the “bar” and that it may be a little noisy. That didn’t sound bad so I took it. Once in the room, the “bar” turned out to be a club. And it had great bass. Sadly it rocked the room all night long. It was not a good start to a needed vacation. "

"Room was very noisy on Friday nite from 10pm to 3am and Saturday nite from 10p to 130am..Bass thumping was critically affecting sleep both nites"

"Price was amazing, Room was clean, staff was amazing, food hall options were great, my only complaint was that we did not sleep at all. We were on the 6th floor and heard everything all night!"

"Roons are nothing like the advertisement. Not a decent a decent room, reserved a king and git a queen, Breakfast was a paper lunch bag, hair in shower, room smelled, extremely loud music from club & entertainment from accross the street until 8am, room would shake from the loud noise, wasnt able to sleep, floor was dirty, asked for extra linnen never received it, this is a motel not hotel, outside of motel dirty, smelled, would not stay here ever again. "
