As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Fresh linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee included.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep a family of up to 6 people.
Ideally situated just off the A12 for business use.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains a single bed with an additional pull out single bed, this room also has a worktop/desk working area ideal for laptop.

There is 1 bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but is possible in designated area.
- There is on and off road parking available with no restrictions.
The driveway can take 2 cars
- Pets are not allowed at the property except for special circumstances and security deposit.
