"What a super little find. Although Pakefield is near Lowestoft it has a quaint old world charm about it. Typically English with the beach only 50yds away and lined with beach huts all the way to Lowestoft. The cottage is typical for the area and you can just imagine it as a fisherman's cottage, although now modernised to a high specification. Very quirky with remnants of the fairly recent tea rooms. The cottage is very comfortable and warm. Maybe too warm? Lovely views of the sea to wake up to....

"This is an excellent little cottage and was extremely well presented and very clean. There were a number of lovely little touches, including a very nice welcome pack. The heating works very well and the beds were comfortable. It is an excellent location, very near the beach and some nice pubs. The only drawback is the fact that the toilet is downstairs through the kitchen, although this would probably only bother older people requiring the toilet in the night! We dealt with the lady who owns it...
