"This was the most ghetto motel I ever stayed at. The stuffed lounge chair had a giant hole in the seat cushion, with stuffing coming out. This was “repaired’ by pplacing a bath towel over it. I sat down and hit a spring. The bathtub was atrocious. Showers in prison are cleaner. Room 216"

"Was a great stay the rooms were impeccable the staff were wonderful I definitely plan on staying here from now on when we go up to visit our son at Pennsylvania College of Technology I have never been in a cleaner hotel and that counts as hotels that are supposedly supposed to be way nicer than Holiday Inns whoever hires your people there is doing a great job cuz the employees are amazing and the room was so incredibly clean for the first time in my life I actually left a tip for the maid it was that great"

"My son went to Lycoming for four years and we have stayed at various hotels in the area; by far this was the worse one. I booked late, so there was no room in our favorite Marriott Hotel, so I decided to give Holiday Inn a try. Boy was I disappointed!!!! I booked what they called the Presidential Suite, which was by far a Presidential Suite. Furniture was old, the table was oily in certain spots like some only cleaned 1/3 of it; the curtains in living room didn't properly close; there was unpainted patched ceiling and wallpaper peeling; the furniture (kitchen chairs, living room, and etc) were stained and looked like they have been since opening; the tv cabinet and dresser were banged up and old; the bedroom curtain didn't blocked the sun in the morning at all; and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused me to wake up with a very sore back. That all being said, horrible horrible experience."

"Food staff were nice and trying hard to keep up with backlog of guests at breakfast, but it was a struggle. Water for hot tea was cold. Coffee ran out."

"Breakfast was delicious and constantly refurbished. But my favorite part of the day was the customer service of Kyrie. She had texted me as soon as I had checked in that if I had any questions at all to please let her know. I was trying to use the TV in my room to watch the NASA splash down and there were several texts exchanged while she helped me find live TV and NBC. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. "

"The staff were super helpful and friendly, everything was clean. the outdoor patio was very nice . Hot tub and pool were spacious. Would definitely stay here again."

"There is no other way to say it but "GARBAGE" IF I HAD A ENEMY I WOULD SEND THEM THERE!!!! THE BED HAD A SINK HOLE IN IT AND THE ROOM SMELLED FUNNY!!I IF I WASN'T RUNNING BEHIND IN TIME FOR MY APPOINTMENTS I WOULD NOT OF STAYED THE ONE DAY SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T STAY HERE SLEEP IN THE STREET INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
