"Every thing was good except house keeping did not clean our room once while we were there we did get clean towels though when we asked"

"Although this hotel has been around for about 45+ years it is VERY well maintained. They are just starting renovations but overall it was a great stay. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and parking was ample. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We couldn’t even keep our a/c on without it blowing constant dirt out into the room. I asked if they could change the filter out, the maintenance guy did go and told us he couldn’t change it out and he couldn’t do anything about it because Lubbock has constant “dirt storms” which I understand but could have atleast changed the filter out "

"Simple breakfast. I booked a double queen and they over sold the rooms and opted for the pull out sofa bed. Not the best sleep and the mattress was so thin. The bed sheet was dirty. It was to late to call anyone and just threw over the extra blanket in the closet. The staff are nice and helpful. Would stay there again if ever was in the area. parking was easy and well lighted. The rest of the place was always clean. "

"Friendly Staff, easy check in, nice to be see there were 2 bottles of water, 2 bags of Chex Mix and some Hersheys Chocolate waiting for us in the room. Comfortable Beds, Quiet Property, dont mind staying here again should we return to the area."
