"As a whole my stay was good, and the things that were negative were not deal breakers for me. The first being insignificant, the hotel only offered a few channels on the TV. When it is time to come back and relax before going to bed it would have been nice to watch more than news or a few random nothings. Again that is not enough to ding the place just annoying. The part I would ding is on the breakfast, the first day was standard food. The second day it was barely anything there. The eggs were not available, biscuits were baked hard, no wares to use. We went to breakfast at 7:30 a.m. on both days and there was only a few people in the dining hall. I am not sure why there was not anything available, but this annoyed me as it prevented a fulfilling breakfast. Nonetheless, it is not enough to never go back. The staff were great and nice so I could not complain about that at all and the place was clean and in a great location. Again, just minor annoyances that ding it down to 4 out of 5. "

"This stay was horrible. The entire building was rough looking. The AC wasn’t working properly. The tv remote was missing and was replaced with a remote that didn’t even work. Our room was never cleaned. The front desk never answered the phone when I’d call. The man who checked us in was rude and inconsiderate. My 4 year old son was playing with my friend and the attendant said “what’s wrong with him” as if my child, being a child, was defected. "

"Our room mini fridge was not even cold & our microwave had no plate to even be able to warm anything up. We travel with children so both of these are an absolute need. We tried the pool the water was murky and lots of hair floating on the top. The hot tub was just as bad and wasn't working. Our bathroom floor tiles around the toilet were loose things in our room had dust on them which made us question how properly they even cleaned. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed because we could hear EVERYTHING! Which made it difficult to even really sleep. We did utilize the gym which seemed to be the only decent thing. The elevators reeked of syrup after breakfast it was spilled in the elevator and never cleaned up. We didn't have a do not disturb sign on our door for housekeeping but it didn't matter they didn't bother to show up. We 100% will not be staying here ever again. We tried saving money by staying here but the saying is true you get what you pay for!"

"Room was substandard. The king bed had 4 smaller than standard pillows and the queen beds had 3. Staff was nice and full of explanations. Parking was fair and not secure. The elevators were in need of repair. Breakfast was sufficient. Would not stay at that location again."

"Parking was odd, as there was not a clear marked area to park for check in... but the night desk crew (Caleb? and Debbie?) were INCREDIBLE, helpful, and kind. Room was great .... "
