"We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table."
"We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. "

"We had an amazing stay. The neighborhood was very nice and the home was neat and clean and had the supplies we needed to stay the short time we were there management was very responsive and answered. All questions in a timely fashion. Only recommendation would be to check the sink water pressure in bathrooms. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and stay at this property again."
