"No I never stayed there cuz I was on the national do not stay for whatever reason they wouldn't let me stay there cuz I was on some kind of paper saying I wasn't allowed to stay there so I paid for it and then you said none refundable how is I know supposed to know I was on allowed to stay there so I feel like you need to give me my money back"

"Do NOT stay here!! This place was by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. The floor in my room was so dirty they charged me $10 for a towel that got ruined when I had to wipe the floor in the bathroom to even go in there. All hours of the day and night there were Adults that would hang out in the parking lot and would try to get into people's cars and one of the night shift ladies is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at any hotel. I will say the ONLY good thing at this place was their daytime staff they were all very nice. You would be happier and safer just sleeping in your car than staying here. "

"Please do not go to this Motel; When I went to check-in, the woman at the front desk told me: “We canceled your reservation!” When I asked why they canceled my reservation? She explained to me that they cancel all third party reservations and told me to pay cash. I did not pay cash, but called Hotels.com explaining what was told to me. The agent on the phone did confirm that this location did in fact cancel my reservation. This left me with no room. Therefore, I sat in there parking lot at this location calling to see if there were any rooms available. We found a Hampton Inn and stayed there for the whole weekend. The Hampton Inn was wonderful and when we go back to Lubbock we will stay there and not Motel 6. What Motel 6 staff did at this location was unprofessionally rude. I will no longer stay or even suggest staying at any Motel 6. For the record I was not the only person this location did this too, there were 6 other people they did this too. Again, just completely unprofessional and rude."

"We enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean with nice newer furniture and amenities. The house was so cute inside and outside patio area. The host was a pleasure to book with."

"We reserved this location forA concert and paid super premium price for what it is. Despite that, management group would not permit later checkout and eventually provided 30 min later after going around and around. With respect to property, it was clean and nice but certain areas where badly worn (baseboards) and master bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. Would recommend for average rate (300/night) but not premium rate (1400/night) for events."
