We loved our stay here. The suite was very clean and comfortable and it was in a great location very close to Lucca's wall. We loved the breakfast as well. We are vegan and when we asked about options our host was so accommodating and helpful.

One of our favorite b and b’d ever!!! Delicious breakfast. Helpful, accommodating hosts. Very easy 7 minute stroll into Lucca. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful rooms.

Grace&Julia are the most gracious hosts, they were so welcoming and helpful. The collazione was perfect, you can order your choice of coffee and in my case eggs done your way. The room where we spent 2 nights was spacious and super clean. Very quiet with a comfy bed. Lucca's historic center is not very far. Altogether this is one of the best experience we've had in our month long Italian visit! Highly recommended! 💯

Just had 24 hours to spend in Lucca. It was a great stay, the staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. Franco, who took us to our room doubles as the hotel bartender at night. Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. Hotel Villa Casanova was one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany! Everything about this place was special. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with a huge comfortable bed, huge shower, and enormous soaking tub. The attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional. From a lovely, abundant breakfast spread with friendly and efficient staff to a roster of well-informed, helpful and friendly front desk/check-in staff, you are pleasantly surprised at every turn. La Boheme is a charming B&B in the heart of Lucca’s old city convenient to restaurants, shops, and sites. Our room was clean and quiet, despite being situated above an bustling narrow street. The host Chiara was friendly and helpful and gave us great dining and concert recommendations. We would definitely stay at her establishment upon returning to this delightful city.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Puccini room. The room was very large, the bathroom was nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel is within walking distance of practically everything in Lucca, moments from the Walls, cafes, and shopping. This was a fantastic stay!!

It was lovely apartment. I just wish they would list it under apartment not hotel.

House has the feel of prior centuries, but is well maintained with modern conveniences. Two block from the old city on a quiet residential street. Three blocks away the other direction is a bakery and several restaurants. Supermarcato is within a reasonable walk

Accommodations are lovely, comfortable, elegant, and quiet. Located about 1/2 mile outside walled city that enters directly into the west gate. Easy flat walk passing pastry, pizza, and gelato shops along the way. The rooms are exquisitely decorated with modern amenities among antique furniture. Very modern bathroom fixtures and shower. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The property is so unique and we loved our loft room that had plenty of space for our family of 5. Highly recommend taking the bikes they have available to ride around the city. One of our trip highlights!
