Early 20th century floors and wooden beams flow throughout this renovated Italian apartment. Natural light saturates the interior, showcasing traditional architecture details and moderns details. Soak in this 2 bedrooms Lucca apartment, 2nd floor with elevator. Enjoy being in a central location within the Medieval Walls but in a quiet courtyard perhaps while sipping a glass of local wine.
You will be close to bus terminal, parking and all facilities. Casa Helene, right in the heart of Lucca, is located along Via San Paolino, mere minutes from Piazza San Michele, Piazza Napoleone and Via Fillungo.
The apartment has heating and a high speed wifi connection. There are portable AC units.

Living room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
A private laundry room is located just outside the apartment’s door.
The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.
The closest Parking Cittadella is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). Well located, clean and comfortable
A light and airy, well appointed apartment. In a very central position. The lift is useful when needed. It was nice to be met by a pleasant representative. Slightly early/later check out was happily accommodated - thank you.
I can't suggest any improvements... it was very good as it was. Perhaps in the marketing description, it would be useful/fair to mention that the apartment is above a busy and noisy restaurant. This is not the fault of the apartment. If you like to have windows open for air, as I do, you might find the noise disturbs your peace and sleep.
