A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. "This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and what a gem it really is. Perfectly located within the walls - pretty much in the centre of everything. Rooms are clean / modern / upmarket functional. Nothing else needed as far as bedroom is concerned. Breakfast also is excellent- simple food at its best Italian style. No swimming pools here but just a really good place to stay. Staff also were super helpful- big thanks."
