"Our family spent a wonderful week in the Tuscan hills. Gianluca’s home is well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on the top of a Tuscan Mountain. The views are amazing! The property has a church dating back to 1005 and a wonderful restaurant run by Furio and his family. There were 8 adults and the home had plenty of room for all of us! We would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to take day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the surrounding areas! Gianluca was very easy...

"The house is in a stunning location. The views are amazing, and you are well placed for trips out to Florence, Pisa, north into the mountains. The house is rustic, full of character, love, charm and quirks. It offers an authentic Tuscan lifestyle. The rooms are huge with terracotta floors (a bit uneven) and huge beams in the ceiling. "The instructions for arrival were detailed and helpfully so. It didn’t detract from the excitement of the drive though. You need a car big enough to tackle the terrain and small enough to fit the track! The house was spotless and very well equipped. There was a thoughtful welcome basket including wine and pasta. "This is a very nice property up on a Tuscan hill with plenty of sunlight and great views. It is sparkling clean, the kitchen is well appointed and the space is very comfortable. "Very nice. Of all the 3 other places we stayed in Tuscany on prior vacations this was the best. Very comfortable and spacious one level apartment with a huge bathroom with shower and tub. Lovely views. Easy to park outside the flat. Very close to downtown Montecatini (but still in the countryside). Tizziana and Tessa were extremely helpful and sweet and answered all our questions. If you want the real Tuscan feel with a home away from home this is it."

"We just finished staying in a very charming home with two bedrooms and one and one half bath that was perfect. It was a nice size for a couple or small family and overlooked the surrounding mountains. The views were great and full of lush green trees. It was nice having the swimming pool in the backyard with 100% privacy. Mossimo the host was great to work with!"
