"Very helpful and courteous staff. Place was clean, main beds comfy. And am picky with my beddings and pillows. Just wish the towels were softer. A/C very much appreciated in the summer. Breakfast options were great. Awesome location. Very close to tourist spots as the Chapel bridge, Reuss bridge, and the Jesuit Church. Just 10 min walk to the bus station. 2 blocks from old town. Close but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. My family and I felt safe in this location. Would come back here...
"We had a great stay at this hotel, especially the bar staff was wonderful. The food was also very good, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch relaxing, enjoying a drink and dinner. "Nice and simple if you're just needing somewhere to sleep at night. Very clean and comfortable. The fridge being restocked daily for free (water, soda and beer) was an excellent touch, also some snacks on arrival.
Check in was very easy, I actually didn't see a single member of staff during my stay, they were definitely there, I just didn't see them since I was gone all day.

"We were notified upon check in a shower door was removed as a recent guest broke it. The manager offered to give my family (3 of us) free breakfast for both days of our stay which was more than fair and appreciated (I did not ask for anything)! I am grateful for the hospitality and generosity that was extended to us.
