"Need to check all aspects of the package are met Wifi not working after a trip to the office sorted by a dongle No tv working, not worried as we were ou and about but a family in wet weather would. The tv satellite box was in a box with no attempt to get it wired up"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The apt had washer and dryer and very clean. It is also walking distance to the train station. We stayed here mainly to go to Lake Como and it was an easy bus trip to Mennagio. Gea was very easy to work with and gracious. The area is very quite which is nice after being around a ton of other busy places in Switzerland and Lake Como area. "

"Area amazing, in the town . Close to all amenities. Property clean. Sofa bed not comfortable to sleep on. Building work outside from 7am till around 2pm but was no stress for us because we ware always out. Parking , you have to buy permit 10£ a day. Overall good experience. Location amazing."

"Nous avons été à la maison du bonheur pendant une semaine. Hébergement très confortable, nous étions 5.Les instructions étaient claires et tout était comme indiqué.La vue est vraiment belle sur Lugano et son lac.Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais nous avions un ventilateur sur pied dans chaque chambre alors nous avons bien dormi. Excellent choix"

"This flat is in a wonderful location, a nice 25 minute walk to the true center of Lugano or a quick bus ride, which you can pick up right down the hill. Flat is super spacious and clean and with incredible views! I would’ve appreciated better quality mattresses/beds, which were fine for a few nights but not much beyond that. And having a few things like paper towels or a few coffee pods for the machine would’ve been a great touch too. Otherwise, well appointed and comfortable, nice value, and...

"Ausgesprochen zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Außergewöhnlich schönes Bad, Wohnung war sehr sauber. Aber in 2 Nächten der insgesamt 3 Übernachtungen extreme Ruhestörung bis nach Mitternacht durch Nachbarn in den oberen Etagen (Hundegebell, Umzug zwischen den oberen Etagen, laute Unterhaltungen, Gepolter, mehrfacher Waschmaschinenbetrieb bis ca 1:30 Uhr, in der letzten Nacht hat jemand wohl den Lichtsensor im Treppenhaus deaktiviert, so dass das Licht nicht mehr ausging…(!)). "Great place located in the heart of Lugano. We visited our son who was enrolled in the Linking Lives program at Hostel Montarino. This unit was close enough and easy to get to the train station. The unit was clean! We couldn’t figure out the washer/dryer but that’s our fault. Communication was good but not great and we never got checkout instructions so I hope we left according to the owners expectations. Would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back to Lugano!"
