An elegant, contemporary apartment with stunning views of Lake Lugano, which sleeps up to 4 people. Less than 10 minutes from the centre of Lugano, it makes a great base to explore the lake and surrounding mountains.
On the second floor (with lift), the apartment has a shaded balcony, off the main living area, which offers wonderful views over the lake. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, so guests can dine al fresco. Back indoors, the airy living room has a sofa, Smart TV and another dining table and chairs. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and a coffee machine.

In the living area there are a double bed and a sofa double bed, plus a wardrobe for storage.

Parking Reservations: Clients need to request to book a parking space in advance or on the same day, available for CHF 8.00 per day. We will reserve a numbered spot through online booking and provide the client with the number. A card, found in the house, must be displayed in the car window as proof of booking and payment.
Location
In the town of Castagnola, the apartment offers great access Lugano and everything it has to offer. Close to the base of Monte Brè, guests will enjoy a ride on the funicular from Cassarate (5 minutes) to the mountain summit. The ferry terminal at Cassarate (3 minutes) allows you to explore the lake by boat.
In central Lugano, there is much to see including MASI, The Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, plus many excellent restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy the best of Italian and Swiss cuisines.
For self-catering, Lugano’s farmers market (Tuesdays and Fridays) in Via Carducci (7 minutes) is the place to go to pick up the best local ingredients.
The closest international airport is in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
