"We had a great time at this hotel. There were always plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. The pool area was nice. We weren’t very prepared for how expensive everything is, so check out the menus ahead of time and be prepared. You may want to head to the store when you get here and stock up on drinks and snacks. It’s in a very walkable area, where you can be at great restaurants and bars in a 15 minute walk. Service in the lobby bar is outstanding. Fernando at the towel hut was the best thing about the whole resort! How could anyone be grumpy when he’s around!? Love you, Fernando! You’re fabulous!"

"The staff was exceptional, night life was great, pools are beautiful and service around the pool is a plus. We love the Banyon Tree so that is an attraction. Only drawbacks were the room does not have a lot of lighting but that is really the vibe of the whole hotel. The halls were noisy after 10 pm at night, certainly not the hotel’s fault. Overall, truly a very special place and I can’t wait to come back!"

"We visited for my graduation and had the most AMAZING stay! The room was perfect for the two of us with little things provided like soaps and ziplocks. It was super safe and the host was very welcoming! Any issue we had they replied to help us. 100/10 and I’d recommend it to anyone. It’s in the perfect place between everything and we experienced so much of the culture. We hope to visit soon :) "
