"The hotel was fine, a useful stop off point on the way to the Vendee. Only complaint is the bedrooms were quite hot and you couldn’t turn the air on down to less than 19degrees. Otherwise it was fine"

"Excellent, clean, basic but just a stopper.. No English tv Staff very helpful, pleasant and friendly Breakfast was enough. Great coffee This Hotel would get 5 stars if it wasn't next to a Hotel which seemed to house immigrants"

"The parking was very convenient as well as the pleasant walk up to the town centre and cathedral."

"The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is truly original with the biggest " cheese dome" in the world. The big problem I had was that the rooms are not equipped with a mini bar which is a must at any time of the year but more so during a heat wave. I was upgraded to a room with a tiny fridge and no alcohol in it. There was no vending machine either. The underground parking is very convenient with a direct elevator to the reception area."
