We had an issue with a lock on luggage and Sandra was wonderful in helping us resolve. Great location and highly recommend. The room was spacious with lots of storage - it appeared to be recently redecorated as it smelt faintly of paint, the carpet was plush and everything was modern and clean, including a modern bathroom! Great base from which to explore Colmar - plenty of parking on site."
