"The hotel was located in an excellent location, close to transport links. Lacks tea and coffee making facilities, this would have made our stay easier rather than to keep purchasing expensive takeaway drinks. The rooms were also extremely hot due to the outside temperature being over 30 degrees. A large fan or air conditioning would have been nice. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Although this is a beautiful hotel and very comfortable, I feel the hotel has priced itself out of the market as there are many air bnb properties which are much cheaper and sadly we will likely use next time we visit. "The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best"
