"The stay was like a staycation. We had problems on the first day with the maintenance trying to fix problems that should of been resolved before we checked in. We were given an upgrade after complaining to the manager. The front desk tried to sell me the upgrade for extra cost before we checked in. Great stay afterwards. If you charge a high price you should have a high standard no matter the price. Customer service and a smile can't make up for poor quality any where in the world."

"An amazing 2D1N trip that I wish we could have extended. The partial ocean view was great enough to see from the high floor, and the sunset was beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room is clean and tidy, bathtub was amazing to soak into. A mall and eateries are nearby too. Only rough part is that the hotel is undergoing some renovation work during the day, but otherwise 10/10 an excellent stay. I look forward returning to stay here again in future."

"The rooms and hallways are spacious which I really like. The only thing is that there were few fruit flies in the bathroom area. Other than that, the place is commendable. Thank you to all friendly and welcoming staff."
