"A very nice basic property with plenty of restaurants near. An easy walk to Roxas Blvd. and the Cultural Center for views of the sunset. Robinsons nearby. Management and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Comfortable bed, a/c adequate. Hot water shower only. Tv input may be Netflix or satellite only. Specify if you care. No elevator."
