"The proparty is situated in the old town of Fethiye close to the harbour and not far from a dolmus stop. Everything is nearby. The appartement looks new and very clean. Very friendly host. If you needed somerhing it was brought to you immediatly. We can recomment it to everybody who is liooking for a nice stay in Fethiya. "

"Had an amazing stay at Uva Rooms. New hotel with modern rooms and facilities. Very clean, comfortable and quiet in a great location a short walk to all sights. We stayed in the standard double which might be a bit small for people with large luggage but they have bigger rooms. Terrace views and breakfast amazing. Highly recommend."

"This hotel was amazing. I stayed in Fethiye overnight to get the ferry to Rhodes, Greece in the morning and this hotel was a ONE MINUTE WALK from the ferry! You could see it from the balcony, which overlooks the beautiful marina with lots of ships coming and going. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. I walked up the hill to Nude restaurant (5 minute walk) and had an amazing meal. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to...
"Great location if you’re leaving on a ferry to Rhodes. Room good comfortable bed & pillow. A little noisy at night as your right on the waterfront but didn’t keep us up for long. The bathroom is clean although the shower grotty from mould. Hardware like bedside table and bathroom vanity tacky & peeling. One night enough! "

"Very nice view on the sea side. Just get to-go food and eat in the balcony. There are multiple grocery stores close by. Parking is available but 5 minutes walking. It is a little hard to unload the car since the hotel is on a busy main street. We forgot one bag outside due to rush but the hotel employees were very helpful and found us to hand us the bag we left behind while checking in. "
