"The Goods: The staff was AMAZING! We felt for the front desk clerk for it was her first night alone and everything that could go wrong did for her but she still managed to help her guest the best she could. The crew the next morning apologized for our poor stay. The Texas waffle was the BOMB! We didn't get to enjoy the pool, the hot tub or the gym. The Bads: The room still had dog food all over the floor, the room had NO hot water, and the coffee maker was not all there. The credit card machine messed up when we paid for the pet deposit. It showed it declined but instead it charged and we had to pay in cash too because the clerk was new and didn't know what to do after already being stressed out with all the other problems happening."

"Check in was swift, friendly, and welcoming. We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Our room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Everything looked fresh and well cared for. Breakfast was good; there was enough variety to select from. The parking lot was well lit and easily accessible. The area seemed safe. We will stay here again on our next visit to the area."

"This is the worst suite at a Best Western I have seen in my many years of travel. Don't expect to have meals using the kitchenette. There is absolutely nothing in it. See my pictures to view the short comings. I was going to stay 4 nights but checked out after the first night. A few of the issues were: birds living on the balcony with poop all over it. Dead bugs in the ceiling lights. Fans that banged loudly. The safe didn't lock. The towel bar was Scotch taped together and fell apart. The painted tub was peeling and rusty. The toilet seat bolt was broken and the seat slid off.... Three tumbs down👎👎👎"
