"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "Overall, very comfortable and location was very central. Well equipped except for cleaning materials. Off site parking was a challenge. The house could have been cleaner - there was food left in the fridge which we had to throw away. The outside table was very dirty. No antibac spray to clean it. Bathroom window didn't open nor did one window in the twin room. I wouldn't describe it as pet friendly as pets are not allowed upstairs where the main living accommodation is. "Just came home from a gorgeous 1 night stay at Seven Hotel. The location is gorgeous, overlooking the seafront and conveniently close to Adventure island and the cliff lift! The staff were brilliant the whole time, super easy check-in, extremely polite and friendly towards my 3 year old. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfy bed and overhead shower in the en-suite. The air con was a great addition and we had a lovely sea view. Finally the breakfast, quite possibly the best Advocado and toast I've ever had! Huge credit to the chef and the whole team. I would highly recommend staying at Seven Hotel :)"
