It advertises “Incline Beach – 2 min drive” right in the amenities section, but what it doesn’t tell you is that beach is homeowners-only — guests are turned away. If you can’t actually use it, don’t list it as a perk. Also no fan in a place that’s mostly booked during hot summer months, and if you open the window in one of the bedrooms for air, be ready for nonstop noise from birds and a woodpecker outside — made it hard to actually sleep. "Make sure that you have navigation pulled up because you will lose service upon arrival. The grill was locked and would not open with the code. There was also no propane left. Be prepared to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, soap, seasonings. Very minimally stocked for a week's rental. Overall, the upside is the location."
