"We arrived at the resort with our rental car flashing warning signs that we were out of gas. (FYI, rentals in Jordan do not come with a full tank of gas). The staff went out of their way to assist us with our problem. Overall the facilities, staff and location were all top notch. I doubt you could find a better place to stay in Petra. "

"Much much better than expected from a decor, staff, service and value perspective! It would be quite easy for Petra Moon Luxury Hotel to rest on its incredibly good location but it doesn’t. It makes you feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment the valet arrives to help you with your bags. Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great facilities and much better room design than I expected. They could have skimped on materials or floor plan or room features but they simply did not and did everything right. I was debating between this and the Movenpick next door but I believe this was a better choice and a much better value. Highly highly recommended! Our best hotel experience in Jordan so far"

"Couldnt fault anything about this place. The communication was clear and concise as soon as i booked. You check in at the visitor centre first and its a 10 min drive to the self-parking location. From there, they drive you into the desert (every hour, on the hour). The location of the bubble hotel is peaceful and away from others. Very clean, great food and the staff were so kind and well spoken. The best part was the star gazing experience, highly recommend! You definitely get what you pay for, very happy with everything. "
