"I was looking for a unique experience and this is the right hotel. While the location is further from the Cotai strip, they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the strip and taipa. There are shops and dining within the hotel. This area is shared with 2 other hotels. The casino is also shared. The grand twin room is large and very comfortable and the design was very different from other hotels I stayed at. The mini bar is free. I had a personal concierge taking care of us throughout our visit which made a big difference. Every staff made me feel so pampered. I will definitely stay here again."

"Great price hotel including breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the Chinese buffet with Hong Kong milk tea. The hotel is busy and we can only check in just before 3pm even though the check out time is 11am. The hotel is very new and the room is decorated nicely and spacious. The free shuttle buses have limited options and they do not shuttle to shopping areas nor the old town village. The shower head is one of the most powerful spray and the water temperature is extremely hot! "
